Hidden Valley Inn Policies

  • Most weekends require a two-night minimum.
  • We are a smoke-free campus. We charge a minimum fee of $150.00 for any evidence of smoking in our rooms.
  • We have a handicap accessible suite on the ground floor which has a walk-in shower.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. A fee of $10 per person per night will be charged for extra guests over the age of 12.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Reservation deposits are for the amount of one night's stay which includes a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee. Full payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival and will automatically be charged to the card on file. If you would like your remaining balance to be charged to a different card, please call us at (812)988-9000.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations and reshedules must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival in order to receive the refundable portion of your deposit.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00am. If you arrive early, check with the front desk and we will notify housekeeping to prioritize your room.
